If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued less shipping charges. The item(s) has to be in its original condition at the time it was shipped.
Worn or used items cannot be returned ~ this includes pet hair, make-up, etc.
• The item(s) has to be returned prepaid (postmarked) within 15 business days of your receipt.
• If you receive the wrong item, or an item that is defective, we will replace it at no charge to you.
• Please include a copy of your original invoice, with the reason for the return.
• Exchanges - The easiest way to exchange an item is to place another order at www.haute-style.com
for the item(s) you would like,
and send the original item(s) back as a return.
• Make sure the package is securely wrapped.
